Founded in 1995 by tabla maestro Hameed Khan Kawa, the Jaipur Kawa Brass Band brings the vibrant gypsy music of Rajasthan to international audiences. Featuring seven skilled brass musicians, a fakir with stunning illusions, and the mesmerizing Kalbelia snake-charmer dance, the band fuses Rajasthani folk, Bollywood hits, and Indian classical music into energetic, unforgettable performances.

Renowned worldwide, they have performed at Coke Studio India, the Glastonbury Festival with Mick Jagger, the 1998 FIFA World Cup Carnavalcade, royal events including Buckingham Palace, and numerous world music festivals across Europe.
